Sydney calls ...
Dear Reader,
Cobar? Tibooburra? How about Sydney for our first post on this adventure? Yes indeed! Yesterday while doing our checks we found a faulty part in Jabi. We'll have to wait for the part to be flown in from our Bundaberg friends and then be fitted over the next week. Which makes things a bit tight for our pending U.S. adventure.
So what to do? We know! Tomorrow we'll take the Flying Kangaroo to Uluru for a few days, hire a car and drive to Kings Canyon and Alice Springs and then have the Flying Kangaroo bring us home on Friday 7 August.
We'll pick up the rest of our planned adventure when Jabi is feeling fit and healthy.That's how it goes on a Jabi adventure!
Thanks for the many good wishes we continue to receive. It's all about the journey.
